Viyara Kumarapeli from Tolworth Girls School has won Ed Davey MP's annual Christmas card competition with her entry on the theme of 'A Climate Friendly Christmas'.
Her winning design has been printed as Ed's 2021 Christmas card. Whilst Viyara won the overall competition and the 11-15 year old category, there were three other category winners this year too who's designs feature on the back of the Christmas card.
Congratulations also go to: Seraphim Volfson from Maple Infants' School for winning the 4-6 year old category; Hugo Rikkerink from Shrewsbury House School for winning the 7-10 year old category, and; Aaron Comet from Dysart School for winning the SEND category.
Ed Davey MP said, "Thank you to the hundreds of children across the Kingston & Surbiton constituency for entering my Christmas card competition this year. It is always so difficult to decide on a winner, but Viyara's beautiful design with its clear message about climate change was the best reflection of this year's theme, 'A Climate Friendly Christmas'.
"I hope that all who entered enjoyed creating their wonderful masterpieces, and I wish all a fun, safe, enjoyable Christmas this year."
