Recently, many people have been in touch about the poor train services to and from London Waterloo, under the new franchisee, South Western Railway.
As a daily commuter from Surbiton myself, I have also been experiencing the delays, cancellations and poor communication from SWR.
It is not right that as train prices continue to rise, our services are getting worse.
