Government must learn from Manchester report
Responding to the inquiry into the response to the Manchester terror attacks, Home Affairs Spokesperson, Ed Davey, said:
“Devasting attacks, such as the Manchester bombing, illustrate the importance in having well-funded and well-equipped emergency services.
“First responders should not be preoccupied by logistical errors, lack of communication and understaffing. Their focus must be on saving the lives of victims caught up in these attacks, and it is vital that the government learn from this report.”
